NEW MOON! Contemplating this marvel of nature, some cultures have made it their god. Astrologers and scientists, on their part, continue to pursue their research in order to penetrate its secrets. What have not been said about the moon! Its existence goes back to the 4th day of the creation of the world and since then it presents itself to us daily on multiple facets. The most facinating one is the new moon which made spill a lot of ink.. It reappears once per month although say scientists seeking unsuccessfully to synchronize their laboratory to the Most High's one.
What do reveal the Scriptures on the New Moon? We shall never cease recalling Daniel 7:25 who had predicted that man will try to disturb Time and Laws. So explain why Enoch's 364 days Calendar did make task of oil. So explain why the 4 seasons of 91 days each, separated by a month of 31 days escape us all. It is the same for the new moon which should be celebrated every season as indicated by Jubilee 6:23 read as follow: "On the new moon of the first month, and on the new moon of the fourth month, and on the new moon of the seventh month, and on the new moon of the tenth month are the days of remembrance, and the days of the seasons in the four divisions of the year. These are written and ordained as a testimony for ever"
We find this practice in both the New and the Old Testament if we refer to: 1SAM20:5, 18, 24, 27, 28, 34, 35  Colosien 2:16-17, Number 10:10, Isaiah 66:22-24, Psalm 104:19 Psalm 81 :4 and Psalm 82:5  

2CHRON 8:12 Then Solomon offered burnt-offerings to The LORD on the altar of The LORD, which he had built before the porch, 13 even as the duty of every day required, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the Sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the set feasts, three times in the year, [even] in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tents.
