4 These are the set feasts of The LORD, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their appointed season.
37 These are the set feasts of The LORD, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to The LORD, a burnt offering, and a meal-offering, a sacrifice, and drink-offerings, each on its own day;
ESTHER 9:27-31
27 the Jews ordained, and took on them, and on their seed, and on all such as joined themselves to them, so that it should not fail, that they would keep these two days according to the writing of it, and according to the appointed time of it, every year; 28 and that these days should be remembered and kept throughout every generation, every family, every province, and every city; and that these days of Purim should not fail from among the Jews, nor the memory of them perish from their seed. 29 Then Esther the queen, the daughter of Abihail, and Mordecai the Jew, wrote with all authority to confirm this second letter of Purim. 30 He sent letters to all the Jews, to the hundred twenty-seven provinces of the kingdom of Ahasuerus, [with] words of peace and truth, 31 to confirm these days of Purim in their appointed times, according as Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had enjoined them, and as they had ordained for themselves and for their seed, in the matter of the fastings and their cry.
JUBILEE 6:30-31
30. And all the days of the commandment will be two and fifty weeks of days, and (these will make) the entire year complete. Thus it is engraven and ordained on the heavenly tablets.
31. And there is no neglecting (this commandment) for a single year or from year to year.
HENOC 72:32
32. Et en ce temps-là, la nuit diminue et elle est de 9 parties et le jour est de 9 parties, et la nuit est égale au jour et l’année est exactement de 364 jours. (équinoxe)
HENOC 74:12
12. Et la lune amène toutes les années exactes selon leur position pour l’éternité elles n’avancent ni ne retardent d’un jour, mais elles (les lunes) changent l’année avec une rectitude absolue tous les 364 jours.
