PS 104:19 reinforces our thought that the moon did turn on the universal clock. Still following the creation's model Evening Morning, the first day of every year is on the 5th day of the week. Interesting to observe the EQUINOX where DAY TIME = NIGHT TIME. That occurs on the 4th day of the week which falls on the last day of every year. JUBILEE 6:25-31 . Let's recall, the Most High's feasts must be celebrated on fixed day every year. That implies that our calendar's days & months should be fixed.
