On the 4th day:   ZACHARIAH 7:1-10
1 It happened in the fourth year of king Darius, that the word of The LORD came to Zechariah in the fourth [day] of the ninth month, even in Chislev. 2 Now [they of] Bethel had sent Sharezer and Regem-melech, and their men, to entreat the favor of The LORD, 3 [and] to speak to the priests of the house of The LORD of Hosts, and to the prophets, saying, Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years? 4 Then came the word of The LORD of Hosts to me, saying, 5 Speak to all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When you fasted and mourned in the fifth and in the seventh [month], even these seventy years, did you at all fast to me, even to me? 6 When you eat, and when you drink, do not you eat for yourselves, and drink for yourselves? 7 [Should you] not [hear] the words which The LORD cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities of it round about her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited? 8 The word of The LORD came to Zechariah, saying, 9 Thus has The LORD of Hosts spoken, saying, Execute true judgment, and show kindness and compassion every man to his brother; 10 and don`t oppress the widow, nor the fatherless, the sojourner, nor the poor; and let none of you devise evil against his brother in your heart.
On the 20th day:  EZRA 10:1-10
1 Now while Ezra prayed and made confession, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God, there was gathered together to him out of Israel a very great assembly of men and women and children; for the people wept very sore. 2 Shecaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered Ezra, We have trespassed against our God, and have married foreign women of the peoples of the land: yet now there is hope for Israel concerning this thing. 3 Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those who tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law. 4 Arise; for the matter belongs to you, and we are with you: be of good courage, and do it. 5 Then arose Ezra, and made the chiefs of the priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they would do according to this word. So they swore. 6 Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Jehohanan the son of Eliashib: and [when] he came there, he ate no bread, nor drink water; for he mourned because of the trespass of them of the captivity. 7 They made proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem to all the children of the captivity, that they should gather themselves together to Jerusalem; 8 and that whoever didn`t come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the assembly of the captivity. 9 Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together to Jerusalem within the three days; it was the ninth month, on the twentieth [day] of the month: and all the people sat in the broad place before the house of God, trembling because of this matter, and for the great rain. 10 Ezra the priest stood up, and said to them, You have trespassed, and have married foreign women, to increase the guilt of Israel.
On the 24th day:   HAGGAI 2:10-19
10 In the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the Word of The LORD came by Haggai the prophet, saying, 11 "Thus says The LORD of Hosts: Ask now the priests concerning the law, saying, 12 `If someone carries holy meat in the fold of his garment, and with his fold touches bread, stew, wine, oil, or any food, will it become holy?`" The priests answered, "No." 13 Then Haggai said, "If one who is unclean by reason of a dead body touch any of these, will it be unclean?" The priests answered, "It will be unclean." 14 Then Haggai answered, "`So is this people, and so is this nation before me,` says The LORD; `and so is every work of their hands. That which they offer there is unclean. 15 Now, please consider from this day and backward, before a stone was laid on a stone in the temple of The LORD. 16 Through all that time, when one came to a heap of twenty measures, there were only ten. When one came to the wine vat to draw out fifty, there were only twenty. 17 I struck you with blight, mildew, and hail in all the work of your hands; yet you didn`t turn to me,` says The LORD. 18 `Consider, please, from this day and backward, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, since the day that the foundation of The LORD`s temple was laid, consider it. 19 Is the seed yet in the barn? Yes, the vine, the fig-tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree haven`t brought forth. From this day will I bless you.`"
